With Charge Rabbit you can change the price of your subscription. Changing a subscriptions price only effects new Subscribers. Current subscribers will continue to be charged at the rate set when they signed up.
To change the price of a subscription
- Select your subscription product from Your Subscription Plans
- Click the Edit Subscription Plans button in the top right
- Enter your new prices and click Update Product
If you need to change your current customer pricing you will first need to change the prices as described above. After you have done this you can update a current customers subscription in Stripe by
- Viewing the customer in Stripe
- Finding the subscriptions section containing their subscription and clicking the edit link
- Changing their plan to your newly created plan.
